Investment deposit:
0.3% of the entity’s total approved investment amount will be collected as a security deposit. The deposit will be returned without interest when the investment plan has been completed.
Payment for land and standard factory leases:
(A 5% business tax will apply. Leases rates are adjusted every two years.)

Tainan Science Park: NT$ 35.19/m2/month
Kaohsiung Science Park: NT$ 20.99/m2/month
Ciaotou Science Park: NT$ 21.44/m2/month
Chiayi Science Park: NT$ 16.00/m2/month
Pingtung Science Park: NT$ 15.00/m2/month
Lease Rates for Standard Factories :
Tainan Science Park: it ranges from NT$ 94 to NT$ 142 per square meter per month.
Kaohsiung Science Park: it ranges from NT$91 to NT$ 120 per square meter per month.
STSP Bureau Management Fee:
Calculated according to basic fees or 1.9 thousandth of the revenue (whichever is higher).
Sewerage fee:
Calculated according to the discharge volume, quality, and original basic rate, and the formula of waste water and paid quarterly to the STSP Bureau.
Waste disposal fee:
Calculated according to the unit price of business waste decided by the STSP Bureau, as well as the volume handled by Park enterprises and paid quarterly to the STSP Bureau.
